Visit from Montanuniversität Leoben
We were pleased to host Dr. Aleksandar Matkovic and Simon Leitner from Montanuniversität Leoben, Austria, during a recent visit to our group. As part of our weekly seminar series, Dr. Matkovic delivered an engaging talk titled "Junctions and Contacts in 2D Semiconductor Devices", which was followed by insightful discussions, including topics such as exfoliation techniques and Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy (KPFM).
Following the seminar, we gave our guests a tour of our laboratories, which sparked lively conversations and opened the door to potential future collaborations between our groups. The visit concluded with a friendly dinner at a local restaurant, providing an excellent opportunity for informal exchange and strengthening scientific ties.
