The GPTAvatar software offers an innovative way to engage in conversations with a visually represented human avatar. Powered by ChatGPT, an AI-driven chatbot, the avatars provide dynamic and interactive dialogue. The browser-based app can be used in various contexts and includes a wide range of customization and personalization options.
As part of the ERASMUS+ internship program, an AR version was developed and implemented for the Meta Quest 3. By shifting into augmented reality (AR), the interactions between users and the AI become even more lifelike and immersive.
The film shows an example of how users can learn interesting facts about British food culture through interaction with an AI-powered avatar.
