Teach-the-Teacher Program

The training program for new lecturers in Entrepreneurship at UniBw Munich.

We empower educators with forward-looking skills so they can effectively support their students and foster a lasting entrepreneurial mindset. Together, we are shaping the education of tomorrow — innovative, hands-on, and future-oriented.

Our new training program is designed to prepare researchers for their role as entrepreneurship educators. Through practical training sessions, interactive workshops, and exchanges with experienced founders, they gain the essential skills and tools needed to guide students in developing their entrepreneurial competencies.

The focus is on methods for idea generation, business modeling, and fostering an innovation-oriented mindset. In this way, we create an inspiring learning environment that sustainably strengthens the entrepreneurial spirit at UniBw Munich.

Who can participate?

Lecturers must have a valid contract with UniBw that authorizes them to conduct courses.

Prior knowledge in entrepreneurship and innovation is not required but advantageous.

The Program

The Teach-the-Teacher-Program consists of four modules:

The largest part of the program is Module 2. This is a two-day training focused on entrepreneurship in teaching. The main topics include:

Upcoming dates

The first Teach-the-Teacher program at UniBw Munich started in the winter term 2025 and is currently ongoing.

The next batch will start in the summer term 2025. We will announce the dates soon.
