Zurück In order to investigate the influence of disturbed inflow on the compressor operating characteristics, numerical investigations are conducted out at the institute. For this purpose, transient full annulus compressor simulations coupled with a generic disturbance body are calculated. Due to the scope of the simulations, high demands are placed on the computational methods and computational clusters used in order to obtain highly resolved results.
