Zurück A typical blade carrier consists of a number of uniformly spaced blades to achieve good periodic flow conditions. Typically, individual blades are equipped with measurement technology such as static pressure holes or surface hot films. Additional probes such as pitot probes, 3- and 5-hole probes, single-wire or triple hot-wire probes, and dynamic total pressure probes allow accurate measurement of inlet and outlet flow conditions and loss characterization of the blades.
