Hannah Meret Mohr M.Sc.

In June 2025, she began working as a research associate and PhD candidate in Public Management at the University of Bundeswehr in Munich. Her research interest focuses on motivation and satisfaction in the public and nonprofit sectors. Originally from Tübingen, she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Public and Nonprofit Management) from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg. Her interest in nonprofit work was reflected in her volunteer group leadership role with Amnesty International’s student group in Freiburg and an internship at the step stiftung. She went on to complete a master’s in Interdisciplinary Public and Nonprofit Studies at the University of Hamburg, gaining academic experience as a student assistant in a research project on interreligious communities and at the Professorship for Management of Public, Private & Nonprofit Organizations. After submitting her master’s thesis on measuring volunteer satisfaction at the German Red Cross, she joined National Taiwan University (NTU) as a research visiting student, contributing to two projects in public and nonprofit management.
