Building on the knowledge gained in the module ‘Embedded Systems and Digital Signal Processing’, the use of middleware on embedded systems is taught. Possible applications are USB host (e.g. mass storage), USB device (e.g. USB UART), CAN communication, Ethernet (e.g. web server), graphical user interfaces.
