Team Day and Kick-off at Lake Starnberg

At the beginning of the year, our team came together in Tutzing on Lake Starnberg. The grounds of the Academy for Civic Education provided the ideal setting to reflect on the months ahead and discuss key topics for our upcoming work.

The focus of the team day was our joint annual planning, as well as an exchange on current projects and future priorities. Through discussions and working sessions, ideas were further developed, priorities aligned, and the next steps defined.

Alongside the working sessions, there was also time for informal conversations and personal exchange. The unique atmosphere by the lake created the perfect environment for gaining new perspectives, strengthening the team spirit and getting to know our new team members.

With new impulses and clear goals, the team is now moving forward into the next phase of its work.
